If she's gonna be passive aggressive with you, then keep on peeing on that tree. Heck put a note on the tree. Have it be like the tree wrote the note and likes to help the dogs keep tabs on each other and doesn't mind the pee.
There is no way a little yorkie is going to kill a tree. Unless he is peeing acid, and then you've got a bigger problem to deal with. Screw that lady. I can't understand why people would go to the trouble to complain about something, but then just do it anonymously so the issue can't be discussed.
