You and your dear husband will be in my prayers. I work with hospice patients and my one sweet man has lung cancer. How do you cope with this? You take one day at a time and thank the Lord for that. You put all your faith and trust in the promises of the Lord. You hand your husband's life over to Him and you will be given the strength to walk through the days ahead. You cry when you feel down. You go out of the house and take time for you. I did these things when my husband was going through cancer surgery. You call on your friends to help you. I wish I could be there to help you but I will be sending prayers daily. Read the Psalms (46) and believe that He is our refuge and strength, our stronghold in time of trouble. No one else is faithful and has a beautiful life in heaven waiting for each of us! Just Jesus! |
