Maybe give her a late snack/small meal or if you already do, increase the amount a bit to ease the morning munchies.
Just want to emphasize that a bland diet can really be helpful in these situations... no rush to get her back to her normal diet. Sometimes their tummies just need a little break to get over what's ailing them....
