I don't know what is going on with my 3 mo old morkie Owen, and the vet is closed because it is so early in the morning. I can HEAR his stomach acids churning....LOUD...and it is very scary for such a small 2 lb dog. Is he ok? Is this normal? What could be wrong? It is the middle of the night, he just got up and used the bathroom (pooped) and it was normal. He was checked 2 days ago for a stomach illness at the vet, and had nothing. I am at a loss because I have never heard this before in any of my dogs!
