No, No, because I was rescue these groups turned them over to me with the understanding they will not be adopted out. You are right everyone can be sued with a bitting dog, even rescue organizations. That is why on most of the reputable Yorkie rescue's they will not adopt to people with younger children. They cannot take the chance of being sued. These guys are alive and well and I have the bite marks to prove it...just joking but I have had more than my fair share of bites from some of my rescues.
