I have a 11 week old pup, named Toby and I plan on getting him to obedience classes once he gets all his shots done.. But I kind of want to start teaching him a bunch of things. He already kind of knows how to fetch and drop the ball. I think he knows how to sit already but he only does it when I put the treat in front of him, not when I say SIT.

Also, how do I teach him his name?

I try calling him.... once in a while he would respond.. but most of the time he just ignores me.

PLEASE HELP ME!
