I am sorry but if his leg is bad enough he has not used it for days he needs surgery more then likely and it is terrible to make him be in pain. Have you tried Care credit or maybe family could help? I think you need to talk to an orthopedic surgeon and let him explain it to you just letting him be in pain is not right.
