she's thrown up this morning, yesterday not at all, and the day before she threw up everytime I fed her.....the vet said to cut out the supplements, cause I just started her on them, probably the day she started throwing up...I would give her 1/2 the dose after she ate her breakfast, maybe it just doesn't agree with her tummy. Now this morning after she threw up...she just looked at me waiting to be fed, I waited a little bit, then I gave her 1/2 tablespoon of chicken & rice that I processed in my ninja...and she kept it down fine, around lunchtime I gave her another 1/2 tablespoon of the chicken & rice...she kept it down fine....just a little while ago, she's looking at me, she's hungry, so I gave her 3 little kibbles, she's fine so far....I'm beginning to think she's eating too fast, and maybe I'm giving her too much at one time....cause if she was ill, she wouldn't even be eating or keeping down the chicken mixture...wonder how big a yorkie's stomach is? probably not even 1/2 the size of my fist....so that's not very big to have kibble swell up...I am keeping my eye on her very closely today...she's acting fine and drinking water...right now she is whining for food....jeeeez...I'm afraid to give her anything....for fear it will be too much.... |
