I have lived long enough to see the society that I grew up in fall apart. It was once unusual for people to abuse their animals. Now it is more the norm to find people that neglect and misuse their pets. |
I had my own apartment at 17 and had 2 shelties that I took with me when I moved out of my parents house. Maybe she moved out of her parents home and took her childhood dogs with her, not to mention, the OP said she's actually 19.
