Default Baby Grooming

Gracie is 11 weeks old and I am starting to teach her to be still for grooming. She got a bath today, and a blow dry, and a brush. She really would not sit still for her little bow, and in all honesty, the only way we got through it was if I held her down or picked her up so she couldn't get away. When I see the yorkie grooming on youtube the dog is always perfectly still through the entire thing! How do I teach her this? I know this is way to young to expect this great behavior, but I think I should at least begin teaching her.

Also, I have not started brushing her teeth yet, but I do have her toothbrush and puppy toothpaste. Any suggestions on how to tackle this one too?

Thanks!
