Oh my...it sounds like Jackson and my Maddie Jo would make quite a little hunting team!
If Maddie Jo hears something she totally focuses on that and nothing else until she finds the source. She has spent the evening in the kitchen (to the point of our frustration! ) listening to the fridge make it's little pop/cracking noises as the water refills the ice dispenser!
She also focused on one particular corner in the kitchen as she heard a sound that none of us could hear. After checking everything imaginable on the inside I had my husband go outside with the flashlight and look...nothing brushing against the house, cable wires are secure...oh wait...that little thin wire lock they put on the box outside the house was barely moving
It's now secure and Maddie Jo 'hunts' in other places...she still hasn't figured out the fridge noises though so that should keep her occupied for a long, long time! lol!
