I have never had a problem with the CKC if something does go wrong with the registration certificate such as lost or stolen. With the submission of an affidavit from the breeder, they will issue a duplicate so it can be transferred to a new owner. |
I wish the AKC enforced this also!
The pet only no papers or with breeding rights is ridiculous to me.
