I have got to say, with all honesty, that Oscar is the CUTEST little Yorkie I have ever seen!!
No kidding here. As much as I think Zachary is "cute", your furbaby has him beat big time. (No insults intended to all the other Yorkie moms and dads here).
I just want to grab him and hug the cute out of him!!
