Hahaha. We do grow into the role of wife over time and it does indeed take time to find out what works best with those sometimes foreign-seeming beings known as our "husband". Good for you! Now - watch him like a hawk as best you can. They tend to recidivate despite our wifely words of wisdom as the pain of "the talk" wanes.
