they did clip the hair around his 'area'. It doesnt seem to be triggered by him getting excited, I've not seen him humping things. The lipstick is just 'out'. He licks it a little but not excessively and I'm sure through the shelter would be the cheapest I could find the surgery (not sure what this would entail either). I'm worried maybe the skin is rolling back because he is a bit of an older guy and maybe the skin is not what it used to be. I'm not sure, I worry either it will be hard finding some one to do this everyday or someone might say they will but eventually give up and he would end up being in pain or something.
