Did the vet give you antibiotics to continue to give him? Usually they give them a shot and then the owner some pills for 5-10 days afterwards. I'd take him back in and see exactly what it is and maybe put him on that E/N dog food for dogs with sensitive stomachs. Sure worked for my little Elvira when she so sick. It's by Purina I think and the vets have it - both canned and kibble. Maybe that would help. Also, just rice and turkey baby food mixed with his kibble or extra boiled rice in it?
Hope this helps. I know it's expensive until you figure out what's wrong with them, but you don't want to make it worse either...
