Officially a puppy is considered an adult at 12 months. But most dogs do continue to grow and develop more muscle and weight after the 12th month. It is at a much slower rate and depends on the dog as to how much it will grain.

My Gracie was a slow grower and continued to gain weight until she was about 15 months old. She was really tiny as a puppy so I was glad to see her finally develop some muscle and additional fat.

Are you concerned about them growing too little or too much?
