My dads dogs only eat once a day. They don't care to eat any other time. Even if food is left out, they don't touch it. Jackson used to only eat once a day, but his appetite suddenly changed last year (I started more scheduled feeding) lol, so now he actually eats in the morning, but he NEVER used to... always did okay!
I agree w/ Nancy though! I think you are making it too complicated.
