The bumps might have been doggie pimples. My Chibi had a bad case of those. A few months of exfoliating shampoo every week cleared it up though. Ahi might have not liked him as much because he was unneutered. Those in tact males have one thing on thier minds. I hope the lady is making sure whoever adopts him neuters him, she should neuter him before he is adopted out.
