In Seoul, there is an area called Gangnam and it's HEAVILY influenced by the west. There are more people (or women) there that have eye surgery done there than most of the country (they make their eyes more Western).

Oh...I knew parts of it were in Korean, but there's a few English words and I try to like guess translate way too much of it!
