Welcome to YorkieTalk. He will need all his shots before interacting with other dogs not just rabies. Have you changed his food or fed him anything different? If you haven't I would take him in and let the vet check him out because diarrhea can be pretty bad in small puppies because they can go down hill so fast. It can mean a lot of different things from just an upset tummy, gotten into something, worms or something very serious like parvo.
