I have a vest for my jack russell already, now i need to get one for nina for the boat this summer. Its alot safer because if she ever jumped over you just shut off engine and grab with boat hook. Thants why the loop is on top of the vest. She rolls over in a sweater so i can imagine her in this jacket this summer, ill have to pull her around in it.
