When my Mylee had to have her FHO surgery I sent a copy of the veterinary diagnosis and phone number to the animal hospital where we go, and our veterinarian's name highlighted, a copy of my itemized vet bills because there were several different appointments from diagnosis to surgery date, with xrays, medications, and the surgery, and pictures of my baby with her hip shaved and a 3" scar.
