Welcome to YorkieTalk and congrats on your new pup! I have a girl so not very good with the boy stuff but could the hair just be wet from him going potty? He maybe sneaking little potty breaks every where. When we first go Callie is was so hard to tell if she was squatting in the grass or sitting. Callie's down there hair will stay wet for a little bit after she pees.
