and or the outside of her rectum may be noticiably swollen. either way i would visit the vet to be sure. they may need to externally expressed and sometimes you will not get symptoms on that but rubbing of bum on the carpet but that is the most common. my lola has had some serious issues with her anal glands filling up due to stress but allergies also cause them to fill up.
