Yes so true and the puppies are so tiny and helpless that people want to rescue them from her and it just perpetuates the whole cycle. It is horrible that she has been able to stay in business this long and hurt so many people and dogs through her callousness. I hope your baby girl stays healthy and has a wonderful life with you!
