My first "real" job was working in an auto body shop. I couldn't believe some of the things they'd do... one time a guy was coming back from the grocery store and someone T-boned him (other guy's fault) and guy #1 was hospitalized for 4 days. He had $200 of groceries in his car and they wouldn't replace it nor would they replace his leather back seat where the groceries had leaked out.
