Yes, the conditioner! I have a shampoo that I'm using (leave on for 10 mins) and then that conditioner (also on 10 mins - why not? LOL) and a HUGE difference!! He still gnaws but every day and every time I use it it's less and less... I can tell he's not as miserable.
