By the way, did you notice that Penny seemed to have some consciousness before Michonne killed her? I can’t remember it exactly, I’ll have to watch again, but it was almost like part of the living human was still there. If so, it could mean that a cure might be found. Anyway, I think Penny was the only thing keeping the Govenor even half-way human.
