Just be really careful and read EVERYTHING in the policy, between my job and my husband being a general contractor that storm chases I have seen way too many cases of people thinking their insurance covered stuff but when it comes to condos master policies and then owners own insurance there are so many loopholes the insurance company have that get out of paying.
