Well I would ask for a copy of their master insurance policy.. Does it cover just basic rebuild meaning only the outside walls, roof and windows.. If so do they have money in reserve to rebuild the rest? Even if you have a policy it is going to cover your belonginsg and if you are licky your interior walls, fixtures and flooring.
Just things to keep in mind... Oddly I am also a licensed insurance adjuster.
