I would never live in a condo or HOA area because I he been in the mortgage field or years doing title work and now foreclosures and have seen too much.
I have a file right now where I sadly have to foreclose on a young couple because the condo owners can not afford the insurance and let it go now pipes have busted soaking the floor and walls making their 2nd story condo unsafe so they had to rent another place and can't afford their mortgage and rent. There is nothing I can do other then hint as much as I can without getting caught to sue the condo owners but even then it would not share their credit or money they invested.
