I love that pen, it's cute and stylish (it was one of the ones I was looking at). I would say get the top, you can also find it on Amazon. I hear a lot of pups escape that one. The climb up the bars or jump over. Until you know whether or not you have an escape artist, the top would be good to have on hand in the meantime.
