WHAT????? What on earth is she smoking???? Surely, her elevator doesn't go all the way up to the top or she's just trying to take your sister for dumb!
Would I spend $450 on a yorkie who's breeder is stupid? No, I would not.
I'd save the $450 and save a little more and get a better one from a breeder that knows something!
