Hmm.... i dont think i would fall for the this breeder's puppies, she's not honest, she tells your sister that because the parents dont have dew claws, the pups are born without? (thats a joke) and the tails are naturally LONG - dont let this "breeder" take your sister for a ride! Even a cheap yorkie can be beautiful and breed correctly.
