No you want to do that check with your vet. You have a pet guarantee with your breeder. You want to make sure the puppy is healthly when you receive him back.
Your vet will do a physical exam. temperature, listen to his heart and his lungs. He will look in his ears, eyes, genitals and his anal glands. He'll feel around his whole body for lumps and bumps or tumors. Checking his fur and belly.
While you are there, you can get his vaccines, heartworm check, stool checked and blood work. These are usually not included in the exam price. But I would have stool and bloodwork done |
