I'd bring her in bc if it's from itching, the rash could actually be pyoderma - which would need antibiotics. Is she a puppy or adult? If a puppy, enviro allergies would be almost unheard of due to where the immune system is at. Even so, you'd want to get her in bc that rash could indicate something else altogether.
