It is self limiting. Technically no treatment is needed unless there is a secondary infection. ANtibiotics can't fix it. They can only fix secondary problems. Some vets give them for good measure and always if there is a concern.
Secondary pneumonia is not common if treatment is given when needed. It can sound like CT sometimes though.
