I have been trying to call Loretta for the last 4 months to try and get the papers for the puppy I purchased from her last August. She never answers the phone! The one time she did answer ( about 3 months ago) she gave me a different name and told me her niece had been in a horrible accident and had to be airlifted to the hospital etc. etc. , therefore the papers would be delayed. Now that I have read all of these threads I know that it was a bunch of crap! I am going to look into legal action, I think law enforcement and probably the media need to pay her a visit so more dogs and people don't have to suffer.
