Hi and welcome to YT! =)
Your baby is a little young to be away from her mother yet- 12-14 weeks is the "acceptable" age for a Yorkie to go to its Forever Home. (Though I only learned that from joining YT and had brought my Yorkie baby home around 8 1/2 weeks.) Anyway, my point of that is that may be where some of her food issues are coming in- she may not have been on full solids yet when she left her mother. Did the breeder give you any of the food she was on? How has she been eating that, or did you have to switch her up to another food? Some pups just end up having a difficult time adjusting to new surroundings. Neither of my dogs- a GSP and a Yorkie X- like to eat when we are away from home for more than a day. New surroundings and all that- give your girl some time to adjust and in the meantime keep her food down where she can get to it when she is hungry. Good luck! =)
