I see that Cindy has responded to this thread and making things right. I just wanted to say that Cindy is a longtime trusted and loyal member of YT and has always had her customer service a top priority. I, as a customer of hers, have nothing but great things to say about her, as do many YT'ers that have had satisfying transactions with her. I have not gotten any harnesses from her, but hopefully some day, will. I have read nothing but rave reviews from people who have gotten them from her. Hoping you will accept her apology and understand that sometimes things happen that do get us behind. She is a sincere and sweet lady that I have the utmost respect for. |
