I would take him back to the vet and get a diagnosis! If your vet is unable to get him diagnosed, do you have a vet school around you that he can refer you to? There is definately somewthing wrong, and he needs to be treated...what your vet is doing now is treating the symptoms, and you really need to find out what is causing the symptoms and treat the process as well. Is there a vet school around you....they have all the specialists right there and you can get seen by an internist and then go in the right direction from there. Is he pooping?? Is his stomach bloated? Did your vet do abdominal xrays?
