i had major issues with my new furr kid Keylo when she arrived. to the point of having to put her in a warm bath to pass her bowels. my vet suggested mineral oil and gave me the amount to add to her food once a day. this worked wonders and now with a healthy diet shes off the mineral oil but just a suggestion incase you vet thinks this might help you. good luck i hope you find a solution.
