Neena's previous owner did not leave much information for me when I adopted her. In fact, I thought for sure Neena was spayed until she came into heat... then I knew. It just never entered my mind why a 7 year old female dog would not be spayed. I don't have a lot of history on her... I wish I did. Neena looked unkept and was smelly the day I took her home with me. Her owner was more interested in other things... and I will leave it at that.
