I guess because she's a so called "broker" not breeder. She knows all the loop holes. Unfortunately none of us who have bought pups from her didn't know that at time of purchase. She has pups shipped to her weekly from family members from Oklahoma who are the breeders. All sick puppy's, please report her if you're one of her victims to madpuppymills,org!
