Wow, Sally! I had no idea of all the creams! Thanks for the lesson. I've got to get to London one of these days. Shall we meet at the Savoy for coffee or is that site long passe there now? Anyway, I want to try all of those creams!!!! I may go make some coffee right now and pour in a ton of creamer and pretend it's thick, thick, thick!
