I am afraid you been taken, a good breeder would NEVER take a deposit on puppies that have not been born, or viable.. I breed and I have a waiting list , when a person is interested in a puppy and i don't have any, i put their name and info on the list , NO MONEY until the babies are born and are 8 weeks old, at that time I take a deposit and you get to MEEt your pup, then the balance of payment is due when the puppy goes home at 12 weeks. Maybe if you send her a certified letter and tell her you are going to the police might get your money back.
