I'm not sure about the teething part. However, you might need to reset them. Cut a piece of thick paper (like a manilla folder) and shape it, then place it on the ears and anchor them together for a few days and give the pup a break. See if that helps. Might need to do it several times, but eventually they should stand if they did before. Shaving the hair (if you haven't done so) will aid in keeping them up.
