Regarding the questions regarding the Snoozer Seat sizing, the medium would probably be fine for your two small dogs. I have the medium, and my two ride in there together. They both are in there and still have PLENTY of room!! My two are really small, and they are both under five pounds. However, the medium is roomy. The only thing is that you will need to order a second safety strap since it only comes with one. However, I ordered my extra one directly from the Snoozer site for about $8 with free shipping.
