This may or may not help you, but if this were my pup I would want to consult a Gastro specialist at this point. If this is turkey bone it's not good as cooked turkey & chicken bones are the worst for splintering, so if she is able to pass part of it there is a possibility of splinters being left behind.
I know this is not something you want to hear, however it is something to keep in mind & may help with your treatment decision. I'm praying all works out for your baby.
